Guidelines of Use

  1. Access and Security
    • Users must keep their login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
    • Users are responsible for any activities that occur under their accounts.
  2. Acceptable Use
    • Schoolbox should be used for educational purposes only.
    • Users must not upload or share content that is offensive, threatening, pornographic, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is otherwise unlawful.
    • Users are expected to maintain honesty and integrity in their academic submissions and communications.
  3. Respect for Others
    • Users must be respectful in all communications and interactions.
    • Harassment, bullying, and discrimination are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
  4. Data Integrity
    • Users should not attempt to alter or delete information that they do not have permission to alter.
    • Users must not spread malware or engage in activities that could harm the system or other users.
  5. Monitoring and Compliance
    • The system administrators may monitor use of the Schoolbox to ensure compliance with these guidelines.
    • Violations of these guidelines may result in access being revoked and/or further disciplinary action.

Privacy Policy

  1. Data Collection
    • Schoolbox stores personal information such as names, email addresses, and academic records to facilitate the educational process.
    • Usage data (e.g., login times, duration of sessions, accessed resources) is also collected to improve system performance and user experience.
  2. Use of Information
    • Personal information is used to manage accounts, provide educational services, and communicate important school and system information.
    • Aggregate data may be used for research and analysis to enhance system functionalities and educational offerings.
